Maddison-Grace Kimber, Founder

I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in training, currently in the final stage of the British Psychological Society’s Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology (QSEP Stage 2), working towards Chartered status. I hold both a BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, graduating from my master’s degree with Distinction.

I take an athlete-centred and collaborative approach, working closely with clients to understand their individual experiences, goals, and challenges. By building a supportive and trusting environment, developing practical strategies that enhance performance.

Alongside my applied work, I am currently a Trainee Sport Psychologist at Eastbourne Borough Women’s Football Club, where I support athletes’ wellbeing and performance while working closely with within a multi-disciplinary team to create a positive and supportive environment. I work with athletes through individual consultations, training observation and workshops. Additionally, I am Lead Player Care, providing holistic support to the athletes, facilitating an environment where wellbeing is a high priority within the culture of the club, and ensuring players feel supported both personally and professionally throughout their development. This role is predicated on being part of the senior multi-disciplinary coaching staff.

In addition, I am a Certified Red2Blue Coach, enabling me to help individuals and teams better understand and regulate their emotional states in order to perform effectively under pressure.

I support athletes, teams, and performers to perform at their best and thrive both within and beyond their performance environments.
